    I got approval from the wife to get a 2nd body and this is what I'm getting, but I'm always looking for a deal.

    I'll check on the deals for you. What are you shooting now? I recently got a 400D for around $500 which I combined rebates, special pricing, and percent off.

    Currently shooting a Canon 30D, but that will become my 2nd/backup body and the 40D will be my main.
